Description: Jacksonville State University's Small Business Development Center partners with the Blount County-Oneonta Chamber of Commerce to provide business services to the small business community. Councilors are available by appointment each second Tuesday from 10 a. m. to noon at the chamber office (110 First Avenue East, Oneonta). The counseling is free and confidential.
