54, Buxton, North Dakota, died Sunday, March 4, 2012, at Sanford Hospital, Fargo, North Dakota. Born August 9, 1957 in Florida, he was the son of Byron and Vera Holland Beavers. Mr. Beavers had been employed for NoKota Packers in Buxton for the past 18 years and was where he met his wife, Brenda Robinson Beavers. He was an avid Green Bay Packer fan and loved car racing. He and his wife frequented River City Speedway in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Besides his parents, he was also predeceased by sister Juanita Serrano; brother Joseph Robert “Bud” Beavers; nephew Louis Serrano; and father-in-law James Robinson.
Surviving besides his wife are motherin law Eunice Robinson, East Grand Forks, Minn.; special niece Kim Sayler, Mayville, North Dakota; sisters Mary (Garfield) Chitwood and Iva (Henry) Shelton, both of Cleveland; Betty Hubbard, Tarrant, Ruth White, Jackson, Miss., Betsy ( Joe) Koenig, Tomah, Wis., and Carol West, Winder, Ga.
Funeral services were held March 13, at 11 a.m., in the chapel of Lemley Funeral Home. Burial followed at Zion Hill Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Horton.
