WANDA FAYE SELF HOLT, 77, Locust Fork, died Nov. 11, 2019, at the residence. She was a prior member of Eastern Star, a Sunday school teacher for many years, and prior youth director at Locust Fork Baptist Church. She was a substitute teacher at Locust Fork who doted on her family and friends. She loved to sing, shop, watch NASCAR (especially Mark Truex Jr.), and was an avid Auburn fan. Predeceasing her were parents James Emberry and Ruby Thelma Self.
Surviving are husband of 57 years Marris Holt; son DeWayne Holt; daughters DeAnne Holt (Mikey) Gaynor, Elizabeth Holt (Kyle) Story; grandchildren Grace Doty, Ben Gaynor, Mallory Story, Coy Story; great-grandchild Matthew; a host of church family, friends, and relatives.
Randy Cater and Daryl Holt officiated the 11 a.m. service held Nov. 14 at Locust Fork Baptist Church. Burial followed at Pine Bluff Cemetery. Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home directed.
