Two businesses supporting United Way

Next week, two Oneonta businesses will donate a percentage of their proceeds to United Way.

On Monday, Nov. 10, 15 percent of Charlie B’s proceeds will be donated to the cause, and on Nov. 11 and 12, Creative Frame and Trophy will donate 10 percent of their proceeds.

Charlie B’s owner, Lee Alexander, wishes for all of the donations from his businesses’s fundraiser to go to The Blount County Children’s Center, a United Way Central Alabama agency, and Creative Frame and Trophy owners John and Judy Warden are donating in honor of John’s father, John Warden Sr., an Air Force veteran.
