Three qualify for county office, two for state office in March 13 primary

As of Tuesday afternoon, three Republican candidates had qualified for county office in the primary election on Mar. 13, 2012, according to Blount County Republican executive committee chairman Tim Kent. Two Republican candidates had qualified for state offices in Blount County, according to state Republican party headquarters.
