1 can sweet corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until well combined. Pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
This side dish goes with pretty much anything. You can also make it in muffin tins. It turns out crispy on all sides that way.
