2 cans crescent rolls
2 blocks cream cheese, softened
1 pound sausage, cooked and drained
Unroll and press one can of crescent rolls in bottom of baking dish. Mix sausage and cream cheese together and layer on top of rolls. Unroll second can of rolls onto parchment paper and press seams together. Place over sausage and cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 14 to 18 minutes until golden brown. Cut into small squares to serve.
This is my mother’s version of the sausage and cream cheese pinwheels that I make. Her version is a lot quicker to put together!
