Bacon Cheeseburger Roll-up
1 pound ground chuck
4 slices bacon, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
8 oz. block sharp cheddar cheese,
1 package refrigerated pizza crust
Cook ground chuck, bacon, and onions in a large skillet then drain. Press pizza dough into a 15×8 rectangle on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; spread evenly with the meat mixture and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Roll up dough, starting at one of the long sides. Bake, seam side down, at 400 degrees, for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into slices to serve.
We recently had our office Christmas party at Grapes & Hops in downtown Oneonta. We all brought finger foods and enjoyed fellowship and delicious drinks that Ginger made. I gave this recipe to Aimee to make for it and she did an outstanding job! It was enjoyed by all.
