Pineapple Smokies

1 cup packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 cup pineapple juice
½ cup vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 pounds little smokies sausages
1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks,
drained

Combine brown sugar, flour, dry mustard, pineapple juice, vinegar, and soy sauce in a saucepan; mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Boil for one minute, stirring constantly. Add sausages and cook for five minutes. Transfer to a crock pot to keep warm. Add pineapple chunks and stir.

My mom made this for our annual family Halloween party last Friday and they were a huge hit. The pineapple goes really well with the sausages. Everyone was wanting the recipe.
