Peanut Butter Pie

graham cracker crust
1 cup peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip

Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, and sugar with a hand mixer. Fold in Cool Whip and spoon into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate.

Yet another recipe that makes me miss Downtown Diner! Easy and delicious. Serve it with extra Cool Whip spooned on top if desired.
