4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 jar of your favorite salsa Rice, cooked per package instructions
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and cover with salsa. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over rice. Top with shredded cheese and sour cream if desired.
