Pork Chops with Mushroom Gravy


4 boneless pork chops

1 large can cream of mushroom soup

Rice, cooked according to package instructions

Place the boneless pork chops in a crock pot. Cover with the can of cream of mushroom soup. Cook on low for eight hours. Serve over rice.

This recipe is so simple and so good. I can just throw it in my crock pot in the morning and when I get home from work, all I have to do is cook the rice to serve with it. It’s great for those busy days when you want a home-cooked dinner, but you don’t have a lot of time. If you need to cook more than four pork chops just add another can of soup.
