I had to do this one since it is pumpkin spice season! If you’re not a pumpkin spice fan, using cinnamon in its place is fine. These would be great for a Thanksgiving breakfast next week!

Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rolls

1 (13.8 oz.) can refrigerated pizza
3 Tbsp. butter, room temperature
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice

Cream Cheese Frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees and line a round pie dish with parchment paper. Open and unroll pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. It should measure about 12 inches by 6 inches. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice with a fork. Rub 3 Tbsp. butter over dough to cover the entire surface. Spread brown sugar and spice mixture over entire surface of dough. Starting at the edge that is 6 inches long, roll up the dough, then cut into 6 even pieces. Place in pie dish and bake for 25-35 minutes, until golden brown. While rolls are baking, make the frosting. In a stand mixer, cream together the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until combined. Then beat on high for 5 minutes, until frosting is light and fluffy. When rolls are done, allow to cool for 5 minutes then top with frosting.
