Cheeseburger Meatloaf

1 pound ground chuck
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ cup sour cream
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1 tsp seasoned salt
Combine all ingredients and place
into a large foil loaf pan. Bake at 350
degrees for one hour.

Sauce:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 ½ cups grated cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped green onions
In a saucepan, heat all ingredients.
Serve over sliced meatloaf.

I’ve never been a huge fan of classic meatloaf, so I have always made cheeseburger meatloaf. Adding cheese to anything makes it better, right? The sauce is the best part of this dish. I make this in a large foil loaf pan lined with slices of bread. It makes for easy clean up and the bread soaks up the drippings.
