Confession: I hate okra. So I will not be trying this recipe, although it promises to be a crunchy and delicious side dish or snack. But by the suggestion of Cheryl Helton, here it is. Okra lovers, enjoy.
Oven Fried Okra
extra virgin olive oil
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Cut the okra in half, lengthwise, and place on the baking sheet, cut side up. Drizzle with olive oil and your favorite seasoning and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes.
