This is a great dessert to make with the fresh strawberries that are in season right now. You can garnish the top with whipped cream and sliced strawberries, or you can mix some strawberries with store-bought strawberry glaze to put on top.

Strawberry Pie

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 graham cracker or shortbread pie
crust

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together in a bowl. Add vanilla and mix well. Fold in Cool Whip. Gently fold in strawberries and spoon into pie crust. Chill for 3 hours before serving.
