Corn and Rice Casserole

1 package yellow rice, cooked
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 ½ cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Mix all ingredients and bake in a 9×13 dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cheryl Helton is known for sending us girls at the office a text on Sunday nights saying, “I’m making lunch for us tomorrow.” One of her Monday lunches recently included this corn and rice casserole and it was a big hit. She is always spoiling us and finding ways to brighten our day. We love our Cheryl!
