10 strips bacon,
cooked crisp and diced
1 (8 oz.) block 1/3 less fat cream
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup thinly-sliced green onions
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Garnish with extra bacon and green onions, if desired. Refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3 days (if it lasts that long!).
This is a great dip for a tailgate party. It’s always a crowd favorite. I serve it with Kettle Brand sea salt potato chips, but you can use your choice of chips or crackers.
