75, of Oneonta, died Sept.18, 2010, at Golden Living Center. Born in Murray County, Ga., she was the daughter of the late Joseph Claude and Jayne Ogles Kisselburg. She was a member of New Life Ministries Church of God and worked as a cook at Oneonta Manor Nursing Home and as a presser for Wrangler. Others predeceasing her were husband Wilburn Tipton; sisters Avanell Green, Dot Kisselburg, and Jewel Sumler; brothers Waymon and James Kisselburg.

Surviving are daughter Gail Tipton Whatley of Oneonta; sons Charles (Diane) Tipton of Straight Mountain and Lamar (Karen) Tipton of Oneonta; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters Reba Garrett, Ella Mae Teall, and Vernease Garrett, and brothers Edd Kisselburg and Cecil Kisselburg, all of Ypsilanti, Mich.

Donny Ingram officiated services Wednesday, Sept. 22, at 11 a.m. at New Life Ministries Church of God with interment following at Antioch Cemetery. Pallbearers were Bryan Tipton, Eric Tipton, Joseph Tipton, and Nicholas Tipton. Lemley Chapel directed.
