PICTURE MAKERS PHOTOGRAPHY CLUB invites anyone who is interested in photography to join their group. The group meets at the Cleveland Fire Hall on the last Thursday of each month at 6 p.m.

CAN WE TALK? M4A (Middle Alabama Area Agency on Aging) will hold a community meeting Friday, Jan. 20, at 10 a.m. at the Frank Green Building auditorium, 415 5th Ave. Oneonta. The meeting will address free resources available to seniors, caregivers, and those with disabilities. Members of the M4A and Alabama Department of Senior Services Commission on Aging will be in attendance.

CROSSING PATHS needs an empty or filled portable propane tank. The tanks are used with a propane heater to heat the puppy house during winter months. Insulation is also needed. If you have a tank, materials or labor to donate, contact Mary Ellen at 363-0576.

FSA ANNOUNCES RESULTS The Blount/Walker/ Jefferson County Farm Service Agency Committee election results were announced recently. Ramona Reid Harris of Warrior will represent farmers Jefferson County communities. Jerry Marsh Cleveland will represent farmers in the communities of Cleveland, Hayden, Remlap, Allgood, and Locust Fork. Marsh and Harris will serve three-year terms, and join Thomas Bagwell, Ted Craven, and Patrick Whitley on the committee.
