MACC adopts from local Angel Tree



The Metro Area Crime Center (MACC) members adopted children from the St. Vincent’s Blount Angel Tree and are shown here with the gifts they delivered recently. MACC is a multi-agency unit made up of investigators and crime analysts based from the Jefferson County Sheriff’s office. MACC members assist detectives in departments within the metro area with all types of investigations, and have worked with the Blount County Sheriff’s Department and the Oneonta Police Department on investigations, some resulting in felony arrests.
