The Gym and Steps to a Healthier Blount County invite you to the Fitness Challenge, beginning Jan. 10, for kids ages 5 to 14 and adults 15 years and older. What is the Fitness Challenge?
The Fitness Challenge is a six-week program that encourages and promotes a healthy lifestyle through healthy eating and physical activity. This program offers participants support and motivation to commit to a healthier way of living. This Challenge will help you to build morale, reduce stress, encourage group activity, and help you enjoy the benefits of a healthier lifestyle.
There is a $10 registration fee for member of the Gym. Nonmembers are welcome to participate in the Challenge. We will offer a six-week/temporary membership for those who are interested. The six-week membership will be $140 and will include the fee to participate in the Fitness Challenge as well as access to everything the Gym has to offer. If you do not wish to join the Gym, but would like to participate in the Challenge, you can pay the $30 registration fee and can access the Gym on a daily basis for a $5 guest fee.
