JESSIE DAVIS, 86, Cleveland, died June 23, 2020, at the residence. He loved duck and deer hunting, gardening, and was an Alabama fan. Predeceasing him were parents Ottis and Ruby Davis, son Timothy Davis, and siblings Lee Davis, Paul Davis, Maxine Lusher, and Jamie Lou Graves.
Surviving are wife Mary Davis; daughter Vicki (Randy) Ellis; siblings Johnny (Kay) Davis, Betty June (Doyle) Horton; grandchildren Ashley (Josh) Gibson, Kyle (Amanda) Ellis; great-grandchildren Holden Gibson, Kaiden Ellis, Easley Ellis, Adler Ellis.
Funeral service was held June 16, at 2 p.m., at Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed at Mt. Joy Cemetery. LOLA JEAN ENDSLEY, 92, Trussville, died June 24, 2020, at the residence. She was a member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church and retired from Vanity Fair, where she was a supervisor in quality control. Predeceasing her were husband Brice Endsley, parents Gervin Henry and Lula McRae Young, and six siblings.
Surviving are children Judy (Buddy) Sewell, Kathy Soltis, Jennifer (Bobby) Smith, Bruce Endsley, Dennis (Judy) Endsley, Tim Endsley; brother Earl Young; 21 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 26 great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
Terry Butts officiated the 2 p.m. service held June 16 at Blountsville Funeral Home. Burial followed at Liberty Hill Cemetery.
