Hayden Health Mart Pharmacy

open for business in new quarters

Hayden Health Mart Pharmacy held its grand opening Saturday at its new location on Ala 160, across from Hayden Primary and Hayden Elementary schools. Metcalf said the store was moved in February from its old location off Ala 160 to provide more convenience, store space, and parking to customers. The new store provides more space for gift items, more over-the-counter drug products, and a wider variety of drugstore consumer items generally. The new location features a drive-through for prescriptions, and delivery service is being expanded, Metcalf said. Also being expanded is the range of immunizations available at the store, limited in the past to flu shots. She noted the store continues under her ownership, adding she has been a part of the Hayden community for more than 20 years. – Ron Gholson
