Kimbrell Residence Damaged By Fire

Considerable damage was done the residence of Rev. and Mrs. H.C. Kimbrell last Saturday afternoon when fire broke out from an oil heater in the bath room.

The bath room was completely burned out, but the quick action of the Fire Department confined the flames to the one section of the house.

A quantity of linens and clothing were destroyed in the bath room. Oneonta To Have Cold Storage Plant

H.K. Majure announces this week that he is making arrangements to install a Cold Storage Locker Plant in Oneonta.

He says that before he can make priority application for equipment, he must have rented a large per cent of the locker space.

Mr. Majure is now taking rent to be held in escrow in order to acquire the necessary equipment.

This plant is badly needed in Oneonta. And it is believed that all lockers will be rented in a short time. Kitchens and Ryan Buy Out Tolbert

Ernest Ryan and Rev. Cyrus Kitchens have purchased the Tolbert Feed Store from Lewis Tolbert.

The business will be conducted in the same building and will continue to carry the same lines of feeds and groceries that Mr. Tolbert has handled.

Both Mr. Ryan and Rev. Kitchens are well known in the business fields of Blount County and under their management the continued success of the business is assured.

The name of the business will be Ryan and Kitchens Feed and Grocery Company.
