Doctor recognized for 30 years of service

On Dec. 3, Dr. Michael Manes was honored for his 30 years of service to the Cleveland community. Cleveland Mayor Jerry Jones presented a proclamation during the meeting naming July 1 as ‘Dr. Michael Manes Day’ in recognition of the day Manes opened his practice in 1985.

The proclamation states,‘Dr. Manes has greatly contributed to this community, and he is highly respected for his years of dedication to this community. His efforts will continue to touch many peoples’ lives in his practice, and the Mayor and town council for the town of Cleveland, Alabama, wish to recognize his efforts and thank him on behalf of the citizens of Cleveland, Alabama.’
