Crock Pot Beef Stew
3 lb. chuck roast, cubed
12 small potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 bag carrots, peeled and sliced
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 ½ cups water
1 package onion soup mix
Add all ingredients to a crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
