Cheese Crisps

I thought we would start the new year off with a super simple recipe. And who doesn’t like crispy cheese?! These are so much better than snacking on potato chips. The possibilities are endless on these because you can use any type of seasoning that you like.

-Jenna Wood

1 (8 oz.) package Sargento sliced
cheddar cheese
2 tsp. taco seasoning

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut each slice of cheese into 9 squares and place in a medium bowl. Add taco seasoning and toss to coat. Lay cheese slices in an even layer, making sure none are overlapping, on the baking sheet. Bake until crisp and golden, 40 minutes (they will crisp up even more when cooled). Let cool 10 minutes, then remove from parchment paper.
