The December Blount-Oneonta Chamber of Commerce breakfast will celebrate the true meaning of Christmas with a time of fellowship, good food, Christmas readings, and music in place of their regularly scheduled program. The Dec. 18 breakfast will be held in the fellowship hall at Lester Memorial United Methodist Church and will begin at 7:30 a.m.
LMUMC will also be providing the breakfast free of charge, and there will be no guest speakers during this time of celebration. The church’s children’s choir (pictured left) will perform and Deborah Sarcinelli from the Neely School of Music and Art will play beautiful music on the piano.
Chamber director Barbara Andersen said, “This is one of my favorite events of the year,” and encourages the Blount community to come out and enjoy this special time.
