72, Easley, died Aug. 12, 2012, at the residence. Parents John Kaufman and Johnny Bell Hastings Kaufman-Cornelius predeceased her, as did husband Junior Faulkner. A Blount County school bus driver for 36 years, she retired, but went on to serve as an aide on the multi-needs school bus.

Surviving are sons Danny “Yogi” Faulkner and John Paul “Bo” Faulkner, both of Oneonta; daughter Debra (Darryl) Tarpley, Tomball, Texas; grandchildren Ryan ( Jessica) Faulkner, Oneonta, Jared (Lauren) Faulkner, Oneonta, Anthony (Courtney) Tarpley, Tomball, Texas, Stephanie (Michael) Ackerson, Windham, N.H., Tithee Faulkner, Oneonta; eight great-grandchildren; brother James (Linda) Cornelius, Locust Fork; sister Rebecca (Ricky) White, Addison; beloved animals.

Arnold Kilgore, Dickie Fox, and Bobby Jones officiated the 11 a.m. service held Aug. 14 at Valley Chapel Funeral Home. Burial was at Dailey’s Chapel Cemetery with Jeff Cornelius, Brett Madison, Ricky White Jr., Jerry Fines, Ben McLaughlin, and Keith Robertson serving as pallbearers.
