USDA TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE An additional $14 billion has been made available for agricultural producers who continue to face market disruptions and associated costs because of COVID-19. Signup for the Coronovirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP 2) continues through Friday, Dec. 11. Producers can apply at Farm Service Agency county offices. There are three categories of commodities and there is a payment limitation of $250,000 per person or entity for all commodities combined. ONEONTA BUSINESS ASSOCIATION The Flags of Honor project will pay tribute to active duty military and veterans of the armed forces with colorful personalized 24”-x-36” banners. A sponsorship of $250 includes: flag of honor banner, Christmas greetings banner, generic “shop local” banner, and a to-be-determined themed banner. This is not a fundraiser.
