REPUBLIC SERVICES Residential garbage is at an all time high volume. Many trash cans are filled to the top and “coned” over. Republic Services asks that customers bag all garbage to prevent spillage. Trash cans blocked by cars parked on streets leave trucks no access to trash cans. Drivers are not allowed out of trucks at this time for their protection.
