ONEONTA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Kindergarten students will start school on a staggered schedule to allow them to learn routines and layout of the school in a smaller group. All boys will attend a full school day on Tuesday, Aug. 10, and Wednesday, Aug. 11. All girls will attend a full school day on Thursday, Aug. 12, and Friday, Aug. 13. All students will attend as normal on Monday, Aug. 16.

BLOUNT COUNTY MASTER GARDENER PROGRAM The 15-week volunteer training program will be every Thursday, Aug. 12 through Nov. 11, from 9:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Classes will be in person at Blount County Extension Office (415 Fifth Avenue East, Oneonta) and virtual.
