BLOUNTSVILLE HISTORICAL PARK “Sounds of Liberty” celebration will be Sunday, July 4, at 12:30 p.m. Sheriff Mark Moon is guest speaker. The bell will ring 13 times at 1 p.m. (in conjunction with bells nationwide) to commemorate the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Following the program will be an old fashioned Fourth with free watermelon, ice cream, and lemonade. Hot dogs will be available for purchase.
