BILLY EDWARDS, 89, Oneonta, died May 7, 2019, at St. Vincent’s East Hospital. Bud Jones officiated the 2 p.m. graveside service held May 8 at Blount Memory Cemetery. Lemley Funeral Home and Crematory directed.
