has been elected historian of the Alpha Chi Tau Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society for two-year colleges. Phi Theta Kappa membership is based on academic achievement. Members are provided opportunities for growth and development in scholarship, leadership, service, and fellowship. Fox, from Oneonta, is the daughter of Mary McMillon of Springville and wife of Craig Fox. She is majoring in business at Wallace State Community College and is planning to transfer to Athens State University.
