LLOYD DOUGLAS "DOUG" DOWNING, age 71, of Cleveland, passed away on April 27, 2024.

He is preceded in death by par- ents Rusty and Mickey Downing and stepson Chanse Williams.

He is survived by wife Marie Downing; daughter Hollie Downing; stepsons Daniel and Blake Williams; grandchildren Kendal Hale and Owen Jones; step grandson Seth Williams; brother Don Downing; nieces Katie Morton and Laura Spellman.
