Peggy Ann Green

Peggy Ann Green, age 88, of Hayden, passed away Dec. 10, 2025. She was a member of High Rock First Congregational Methodist Church, and she was retired from Blue Bell (Wrangler).

She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Green; parents Willard and Esma Johnson; brothers S.D. Johnson and Grant Johnson; grandparents Sammy and Lillian Hudson and Dock and Irena Johnson; daughter-in-law Gayle Green.

 She is survived by sons Gary Green and Jay Green (Rhonda); brother Bobby Johnson (Caren); grandchildren Landi Lanier, Taylor Green (Melissa), Brittany Shirley (Jacob), and Hunter Green (Abbie); great-grandchildren Beckham Lanier and Carter Green.

The family received friends Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025, at Lemley Funeral Home from 5:30 to 8 p.m.

 Mrs. Green lay in state at High Rock First Congregational Methodist Church Sunday, Dec. 14, 2025, from 10 to 11 a.m. A funeral service was held at the church beginning at 11 a.m. Burial followed in High Rock Cemetery. 

Asked to serve as pallbearers were Hunter Green, Taylor Green, Jacob Shirley, Beckham Lanier, Bruce Johnson, Kent Johnson, Darrel Johnson, and Conrad Horton.
