Pauline Allen Hawkins

Pauline Allen Hawkins, age 83, of Crane Hill, Al-
abama, passed away peacefully Wednesday, Sept.
10, 2025. She was born in Blount County to Her-
mon Wade and Lois Bethlene Murphree Allen.
Pauline was preceded in death by her beloved
husband, Melvin Lee Hawkins; her parents; and
siblings: Wadie Edwards, Bonnie Ruth Sherrer, Bet-
ty Ruth Scott, and James Harold Allen.
She is survived by her loving son, Rodney
Hawkins; sisters, Shirley Dian Mason and Leddie
Maxine Cooper; and a host of nieces, nephews,
extended family members, and cherished friends.
The family received friends at Livingston
Chapel in Crane Hill, Alabama, on Monday, Sept.
15, 2025, from 1 p.m. until the Celebration of Life
service, which started at 3 p.m. Burial followed at
Livingston Chapel Church Cemetery.
Moss Service Funeral Home directed.
