Richard N. Foister, age 54, of Altoona, passed away on July 23, 2025.

He was preceded in death by father Ronald Foister; step-father Gary Blackmon; grandfather David Carroll; grandmother Shirley Carroll; grandfather Raymond Foister; grandmother Doris Foister.

 He is survived by mother Loise Blackmon; sister Lisa Russell; Robert Glandon (Becca); aunts RoxAnn Carroll and Sheila Holmes (Howard); nephews Corey Mashburn (Brittany) and Austin Russell; great nieces and nephews Hadley, Reid, and Bowen Mashburn, special friends Danny, Linda, and Charles Spurling; fur baby Laney.
