Ricky Ray Johns

Ricky Ray Johns, 67 of Blountsville passed away Thursday May 15, 2025, at his residence.  Ricky was born on August 25, 1957, in Oneonta, AL the son of Ray Johns and Modean King Johns.  He was a 1975 graduate of J.B. Pennington High School.  Ricky operated Johns Appliance from 1975 until 2019 and still was called upon by customers for repairs after retiring. He was a member of Fowler Springs Baptist Church.    

Ricky is survived by his brother: Randy (Sandra) Johns; nieces: Kerrie and Candice and a host of cousins, other family and friends.

Funeral Service will be Saturday May 17, 2025, at 1 PM at Blountsville Funeral Home with Bro. Michael Murphree officiating.  Burial will follow in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 11 AM until service time at 1 PM at Blountsville Funeral Home.
