Five-year capital plan includes big projects

The Blount County Board of Education at its Sept. 4 business meeting approved the five-year capital projects projection for fiscal years 2019 through 2023. 2018-2019 fiscal year budget approved for county schools


The Blount County Board of Education approved Friday the fiscal year budget for the county school system for 2019, with total estimated revenues of $69,492,107 and projected expenditures of $76,516,711. The breakdowns provide an indication of how system expenditures for the year are allocated.
