Story-Murphree

 

 

Katlin Elyse Story of Locust Fork, and Wiley Christopher Murphree of Oneonta, were married at noon on June 9, at Limestone Springs, Oneonta, with a reception following. Pamela Casey officiated the nuptials.

The bride, given in marriage by her parents, Bart and Sharon Story of Locust Fork, was attended by sister-inlaw Elizabeth Story and niece Mallory Story. She is a graduate of Locust Fork High School and is the granddaughter of Don and Carolyn Layfield of Remlap and the late Gene and Charlene Story of Pinson.

Groomsmen were Art Poverennov and nephew Tristan Murphree. The groom is the son of Randall and Nancy Murphree of Allgood. He is a graduate of Oneonta High School and Jacksonville State University and is currently employed as a history teacher at Southeastern High School. He is the grandson of Sara and the late Manning Higginbotham of Hokes Bluff and the late Alton and Gail Murphree of Allgood.

After a wedding trip to Savannah, Ga., the couple is at home in Oneonta.
