2 large bottles Kraft zesty Italian salad
3 celery ribs
2 lemons, quartered
½ pound butter
¼ cup black pepper
1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
Simmer all ingredients for 20-30 minutes before adding shrimp. Mixture is for 10 pounds of shrimp.
A dear lady from Mobile cooked this for me one time and it was the best shrimp ever. She of course used fresh shrimp that she brought with her from the Gulf, which makes all the difference in the world! You can’t beat fresh seafood. Makes me want to go to the beach!
