Recipe Corner

 

 

This soup tastes like it has been cooking all day. It’s good and it’s quick. Sometimes, if I want to dress it up, I put a spoonful of sour cream on top of the soup in bowls as I serve it.

Five Can Soup

1 can chili with beans
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 can mild or hot Rotel
1 can Veg-All, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained

Mix well. Bring to boil, then simmer just a few minutes. I add about ½ cup grated cheddar cheese the last minute or so. Heat until cheese melts. Serve with crackers.
