Fright Night?

There’s nothing frightening at all about Ms. Scarlett, as portrayed here by 4-year-old Bailey Moreno of Oneonta. Bailey was one of what seemed to be thousands that took part in Fright Night, sponsored by the Oneonta Business Association (OBA). Main Street was blocked off and the event featured live bands and games for the kids and a haunted alley for the bigger kids and adults. The city of Oneonta donated more than $1000 of candy to local merchants to give away and several downtown businesses were open for the event. -Rob Rice See Fright Night, pg. A16
