Maxine Nash

Maxine Nash, age 81, of Oneonta, passed away on April 8, 2025.

She was preceded in death by husband Kenneth Nash; daughter Shanna Nash; brother- in-law Carl Neely.

She is survived by daughter Heidi Marsh (Barry); son Daniel Nash (Robin); grandchildren William Marsh (Erin), Matilon
Nash, Payton Marsh, Mallory Nash, Challie Marsh; great-grandchildren Tanner Marsh, Grayson Marsh, Georgia Marsh; sisters Sara Holloway (Billy), Irene Neely, Sue Pierce (Steve), Jamie Stargell (Jack); several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was a 1962 graduate of Oneonta High School and then attended Alverson Draughon Business College. She loved to travel, adored her children and grandchil- dren, and enjoyed watching crime dramas and action movies. She also had a passion for coloring and was an active member at her church.

The family receives friends on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at Lemley Funeral Home from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14, 2025, at Lemley Funeral Home beginning at 2 p.m. with Bro. Jer- ry Epps presiding. Burial followed in Oak Hill Cemetery.

Asked to serve as pallbearers were Matilon Nash, William Marsh, Steve Ellis, Bryant Hathorn, Jason Epps, Joey Epps.
