A single-vehicle accident at 2:02 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 16, claimed the life of a Blountsville man. The State Troopers Office reports John Bryant Cox, 47, was killed when the 2015 Mack truck he was driving left the roadway and overturned. Cox was pronounced dead at the scene.
