6 cups whole milk1 14 oz. can sweetened condensedmilk1 ½ cups Ghirardelli milk chocolatechips1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream1 tsp pure vanilla extract1/8 tsp salt Combine all ingredients in a large pot over low heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
