ONEONTA CITY BOARD OF EDUCATION TO HOLD BUDGET HEARINGS The Oneonta City Board of Education will hold budget hearings for the 2018-2019 fiscal year on Tuesday, Aug. 14, at 3 p.m. and on Monday, Aug 27, at 5:30 p.m. Hearings will be held in the board room.
